It’s said that kindred spirits can recognize each other despite being oceans apart. The Bearded Man has tested this fact time and again. Sometimes he’s been able to detect bad news before a loved one did from continents away. Occasionally he's called someone to congratulate them before they even knew they had gotten a promotion. That stuff can go pretty deep man… Even to the point where The Bearded Man woke up at 4 in the morning, and yelled that he wanted to order a ham sandwich into the darkness to no one, all because a girl he met (and liked) long ago happened to be walking into a cafe at that moment in time on the other side of the world. Yes, it’s occasionally gotten pretty awkward indeed, like that time he was in the middle of a business meeting and all of a sudden… Umm… You know, you guys are fairly imaginative, we’ll leave the rest of this particular story up to you.
